Children’s Interactive – Sponsored by OMVOVA Solutions Foundation and The Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation
Ballet Theatre of Ohio productions are more that just a ballet – they are an experience! Upon arriving at the magnificent Akron Civic Theatre, our audience will feel the magic immediately as they step into the main lobby. Every production features a themed room which will take children on a magical journey. Last years Nutcracker featured Santa’s workshop complete with elves, reindeer and Santa himself! Next door to the workshop was an amazing presentation of the most beautiful gingerbread “mansions”. At the top of the grande staircase, people can be seen taking their traditional family picture in front of the 10 ft. Christmas tree, filled with nothing but Nutcrackers. Across the way little ones delight in skipping down Candy Land Hopscotch Lane.
