Completing the offerings for art-related activities on the second floor of Summit Artspace, the large Event area located behind the Business Center has 2, 980 square feet of multipurpose space available for a wide variety of uses. Individuals and organizations are welcome to rent the space at affordable rates for events including, but not limited to:
- Rehearsals • Art Installations
- Small performances • Fine art exhibitions
- Readers theater • Meetings / Lectures
- Auditions • Poetry readings
- Film/video production • Improv comedy
- Recitals • Receptions
- Film screenings • Large workshops
Rental rates include use of upholstered stacking chairs. All other equipment, including A/V, risers, special lighting or a stage, need to be brought in. A freight elevator is conveniently located in the back of Summit Artspace near the loading dock for easy set-up.
Please note that out of consideration for office tenants, some uses of the space may be restricted during regular business hours.

$175 for 3-hour period, to include any set-up or tear-down. This is a fixed rate. Additional time at $25 per half-hour.
